    • I follow the ICF-established global standard of ethics. If mental health concerns arise that are beyond the scope of coaching, I will recommend seeking support from a licensed mental health professional.

That experience became the catalyst for launching Lead Role Coaching—to help women reclaim and redefine the next season of their lives.

My roles have spanned business development, marketing, and government relations. Alongside career transitions and city moves, I’ve continued to honor creativity—through acting, travel, and hosting themed mystery parties (because leadership comes in all forms).

A complimentary session is an ideal way for you to get a sense of my coaching style and approach.

  • Coaching is a dynamic process. I offer package sessions starting with 3 sessions, to 12, based on your goals and challenges. Payment can be upfront or divided into 2 payments.

  • My goal is for coaching to feel like the right support. That’s why we start with a complimentary session to confirm fit. After purchase, I don’t offer refunds for completed sessions, but I’m happy to work with you on rescheduling or pausing. Unused sessions can be used within 6 months.
