I’m Mona.

For over a decade, I worked in Washington DC as a clean energy lobbyist, representing innovative companies before lawmakers—a career that long defined my identity. While I loved that season of my life, I knew it wasn’t my final act.

Since then, I’ve moved cities. Changed careers. Auditioned. Become a mother. Started my own business. These shifts didn’t happen by accident. They were the result of a deliberate transition—from advocating for others to claiming agency in my own life, and stepping into the next season of life with intention.

Today, I coach high-achieving women and new and postpartum moms who are navigating identity and career transition. If you feel overwhelmed, unsure about how to move forward, or worried you’ll default into a version of life that doesn’t fit—this is a space to reset, decide, and move forward with intention.     • New mothers are often the most invisible and least supported demographic that exist in our society. This curated cohort is designed to move you from uncertainty to action.

    • Results include feeling seen and mirrored by moms in the same season, decisions on whether to return, pivot, pause, or redesign work, a rewritten definition of success, increased confidence in communicating with employers and clients, and tools to reduce mental fatigue.

    • Early interest is welcome.
