I’m Mona.
For over a decade, my career shaped my identity. I built it intentionally — law degree, clean energy policy, years in Washington representing companies before lawmakers. Achievement could be planned, controlled, and orderly.
And then I became a mother, the most beautiful and chaotic transition of my life.
If you’re in the first few years of motherhood, you may feel that shift too. Postpartum isn’t just physical recovery. It’s a full-system identity recalibration — physiological, emotional, relational, and professional. You may feel invisible — or like parts of your identity are quietly eroding. The love is immense; so is the upheaval.
I work with moms who want happier, integrated lives without sacrificing their identities. My coaching focuses on:
Reducing mental overwhelm, overthinking, decision fatigue
Mitigating shame and guilt around feeding choices and asking or hiring help
Making confident career choices after baby—whether returning, pausing, pivoting
Navigating difficult workplace conversations with managers and HR
Feeling more present and genuinely happier in early motherhood
Honoring your pre- and post-baby identity without guilt, shame, fear, or anxiety
Using structured tools like Positive Intelligence and the Enneagram, we identify your stress patterns, clarify your core values, and create practical systems for boundaries and aligned decision-making.
Your second act awaits.
