Time for your second act?
Coaching for high-achieving women navigating identity, career, and the return-to-work transition.
I’m Mona.
For over a decade, I worked in Washington DC as a clean energy lobbyist, representing innovative companies before lawmakers—a career that long defined my identity. While I loved that season of my life, I knew it wasn’t my final act.
Since then, I’ve moved cities. Changed careers. Auditioned. Become a mother. Started my own business. These shifts didn’t happen by accident. They were the result of a deliberate transition—from advocating for others to claiming agency in my own life, and stepping into the next season of life with intention.
Today, I coach high-achieving women and new and postpartum moms who are navigating identity and career transition. If you feel overwhelmed, unsure about how to move forward, or worried you’ll default into a version of life that doesn’t fit—this is a space to reset, decide, and move forward with intention. Your second act awaits.

New mothers are often the most invisible and least supported demographic that exist in our society. This curated cohort is designed to move you from uncertainty to action.
Results include feeling seen and mirrored by moms in the same season, decisions on whether to return, pivot, pause, or redesign work, a rewritten definition of success, increased confidence in communicating with employers and clients, and tools to reduce mental fatigue.
Early interest is welcome.

Moms and first generation women face specific challenges in the workplace. Add transitions such as motherhood, a new manager, or restructuring, and finding your unique and honest spotlight can feel impossible.
I draw on my background at law firms and a Global Fortune 500 company to help you better communicate and advocate for your needs, strengthen cross-functional alignment, manage up-across, ask for that promotion and define boundaries.
We work with a variety of tools to help you step into the spotlight as an effective and inspiring leader.
